Some links on this page are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. It never decides what we recommend. How we make money

What it does

AdCombo is a CPA network for physical product offers, with nutra as a large share, mostly sold cash on delivery. As of September 2026 its FAQ describes "thousands of exclusive offers in low competition GEOs in a unique «Cash on Delivery» conversion scheme" across "more than 12 niches" (adcombo.com/faq/).

Affiliates send traffic to landing pages hosted by AdCombo and are paid per confirmed order, under the affiliate marketing model. The network supplies landers and prelanders for each offer, in many languages; the homepage says its pages come in 40+ languages written by native speakers from 44 countries (adcombo.com).

It has operated since at least 2014, based on the copyright on its homepage.

Who it is for

AdCombo suits affiliates running COD offers in many countries who want ready, translated landers and prelanders rather than building their own. It works with push, native and social traffic, and its own domain parking helps buyers who need clean domains quickly.

It is not for affiliates who want only tier 1 card offers, and not for anyone who needs predictable revenue per lead, because payout depends on a call centre confirming each order. As with any nutra network, it is also not for people who want no exposure to the vertical's claim and moderation problems.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Ready landers in many languages.
  • A Campaigns feature plus domain parking and postback.

Cons

  • Payment terms are stated differently on different pages.
  • Approval rates are not visible before you send traffic.
  • Its landers carry claims you are responsible for repeating.

How it works

The COD flow has three stages, and each filters what you get paid for.

  1. A visitor submits a name and phone number. That is a lead.
  2. A call centre calls to confirm the order. Confirmed leads are approved, and your payout is triggered by approval.
  3. The courier delivers, and the customer pays or refuses. The paid share is the buyout rate, which decides whether the advertiser keeps working with your traffic.

AdCombo supports S2S postback to trackers such as Voluum, per its FAQ, so approvals can be matched to campaigns in your tracker. The FAQ also describes about a dozen landers and prelanders per offer, a translation interface priced from "as little as 0.03$ per word", and a Campaigns feature that combines several offers behind one link. AdCombo's blog describes call centre agents confirming orders, usually within a day. No official page says whether that call centre is AdCombo's or the advertiser's, so ask the affiliate manager.

Illustrative arithmetic: 200 leads at 35% approval gives 70 paid leads. At $12 each, that is $840.

Setup effort

Registration, offer selection and a tracking link are quick. Because landers are ready and translated, the main setup work is choosing an offer, country and traffic source, and wiring postback to your tracker. Expect a day to launch a first test. Check the provided landers for your country before launch: translation quality, claims and load speed.

If you use the translation interface or your own prelander, add time for review. Check that translated claims match what the traffic source allows, since translation can make claims stronger than the original, and confirm with the manager which sources each offer accepts.

Strengths

Ready landers in many languages are the most practical advantage. For COD nutra in non-English countries, native-language pages save translation costs and mistakes.

Several landers and prelanders per offer let you test pages without building them, and the Campaigns feature lets one link spread traffic across related offers.

Domain parking and S2S postback cover infrastructure that small affiliates otherwise assemble themselves.

AdCombo says it offers exclusive offers and low-competition countries. That is a vendor claim, but a network with its own offers may have fewer affiliates competing on the same product and country.

The advertiser FAQ claims more than 40,000 affiliates, suggesting a mature operation.

The translation interface also lets you order new language versions without hiring a translator.

Limitations

The payment terms are described inconsistently. The homepage promises "Weekly payments ... without any annoying holds", while the FAQ says "We process payments twice a week upon request" with methods including PayPal, Payoneer, Paxum, Capitalist, Webmoney and wire, and "a minimum request as low as 50$". Both checked September 2026. The publisher terms and conditions (last updated 25 December 2020) give a third version: section 5.1 says AdCombo pays "approximately 15 days after the cashout request" and may withhold payment until the advertiser has paid, and section 5.6 lets it place a payment hold at its discretion. The terms are the binding text, so plan cash flow around them rather than the homepage. Which schedule applies to a new account, and whether new affiliates get a hold, is not stated publicly, so ask the affiliate manager.

Payout depends on a call centre approval process, which you cannot see. Approval can vary by country, day and traffic source.

Nutra landers, including network-provided ones, can carry exaggerated claims. Running them on strict platforms risks rejected ads and banned accounts, and the legal risk of false health claims does not vanish because the page was supplied.

We found no public approval or buyout figures to cite.

Pricing, in context

AdCombo is free for affiliates; it earns the difference between advertiser price and affiliate payout. Payouts vary by offer and country, so they belong in the facts tab when verified.

The real comparison is revenue per raw lead. Illustrative arithmetic: a $16 payout at 25% approval returns $4 per lead; a $12 payout at 45% returns $5.40. Translation costs, at the FAQ rate from $0.03 per word, add about $30 for a 1,000 word lander.

When to pick an alternative

Dr.Cash is the direct alternative: both supply nutra COD offers with call-centre confirmation, and affiliates compare approval rates and payouts for the same country. Many run both and route traffic to whichever confirms more. See the CPA networks category.

To compare fairly, send the same traffic source and country to similar offers on both networks for the same period, and compare revenue per raw lead once approvals settle. Approval can differ more between advertisers than between networks, so test several offers before drawing conclusions.

Our verdict

AdCombo is an established COD network whose strongest point is ready landers and prelanders in many languages, plus postback, domain parking and offer bundling. For affiliates running nutra or other physical product offers outside English-speaking markets, it is a natural network to test.

Confirm the payment schedule with your manager, since the site describes it two ways, and measure approved leads in your own tracker rather than trusting headline payouts. Review every provided lander for health claims before running it on a platform that moderates them.

Start in one country with a modest budget, confirm approvals arrive by postback, then decide.
